Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees, no membership fees, and no flyer creation fees. There is only one charge per flyer for each geographic location you choose. The price of each geograpic location depends on the number of email recipients within that area. For more details please see our Email Flyer Pricing page.

How many Real Estate Agents will receive my email flyer?
That depends on how many Real Estate Professionals are opted-in to the zones you choose to send your flyer. For exact details please reference our Email Flyer Pricing page.

Are there any discounts for resends?
Our lowest prices in the industry allow you to send resends below any of our competitors resend prices. Consequently, an original or resend will cost the same price.

Can I send a flyer copy to my client?
Absolutely! We heavily encourage you to send your client a copy. As a matter of fact, we even provide up to 5 optional "Additional Recipients" fields in the design process FREE!

Do I also get a web page with my flyer?
Yes, any flyer that you send also includes a web page link. Simply log in to your account and click the "View Flyer" link next to the applicable sent flyer to obtain the web page address.

Can I upload a custom flyer?
Yes! If you already have a custom flyer designed, you can simply upload your flyer in JPG or GIF format to one of our blank custom flyer templates. These blank custom flyer templates are available with White, Blue, or Tan backgrounds to compliment your existing graphics. Your JPG or GIF image is resized to about 600 pixels wide by 800 pixels tall.

Can I send a flyer that is not directly related to a specific property listing?
No. In order to maintain compliance with the National Can SPAM Act, we only allow Realtor to Realtor communication directly related to specific property listings.

I am concerned about SPAM laws, is Direct Showing compliant?
Direct Showing is fully compliant with the National Can SPAM Act. We only use membership rosters provided by your local association, and as such, are not required to preface the subject line with "ADV" since this is considered a business to business communication. Compliance requires us to provide an easy to find "Unsubscribe Link," which we do at the bottom of each flyer, in addition to a phone number and address, which can be found on our contact page. It is also worth noting that, although, "Can Spam" requires us to honor remove requests within 10 days, we actually guarantee to remove such requests within 24 hours or less. Because of our automated system, you will most likely be removed immediately.

What type of flyers can I send?
Any flyer directly related to a specific property listing is allowed. We are dedicated to helping Real Estate Professionals locate and sell properties for their clients.

Is my personal information secure?
Your information is secure and we will not rent or sell your information to any third parties. For more information please see our Privacy Policy.

Why are my flyers not being received by some Agents?
Some possible reasons are; the agent is not opted-in to our database, the agent has opted-out of our database, or the agent has filters on their email account and is not receiving our emails.
